Duration:3~6 months

Job Responsibilities:
1.Facilitate employee day 1 orientation 
 a. Contacting onboarding employees, preparing legal documents and day one packages and other logistics
 b. Assist in confirming trainer with functional teams 
 c. Collecting signed legal documents back to HR Ops filing
2.Assist in maintaining employee P-files and tracking borrow records
3.Assist in distributing employee birthday gifts monthly.
4.Team administrative tasks including ordering and maintaining stationaries, documents mailing meeting room maintaining and distributing employee brochures, etc

Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degrees and above
2.Interesting and have a base understanding in HR Functional work
3.Strong communication in both English and Chinese
4.Detail oriented, pressure responsive and team working
5.Period: 4~5 days/week, 6 months and above
